<So I used OSX to erase/reformat the 2GB drive as HFS+.

I move it back to the 190, I copied the system over to it, I bless
the System Folder [worked],
and I went to change the startup drive.

Blat:

"Your model of computer can only start up from a disk formatted with
        OS Standard..."

So I guess I'll make a 100M HFS and the rest HFS+, if that is even
possible...>

I'm sorry, but I don't know what to tell you. I've never used OS X.
Neither of my two Macs are capable of running that. However, the 2 GB HD
I formatted with Drive Setup and OS 8.1 IS my startup disk. I had no
problems whatsoever making it do that -- I only wish I could run my Disk
Doctor and Speed Disk on it. I'm keeping all these exchanges on
"blessing" drives and whatnot on this topic just in case I need them in
the future.
