Retrospect is still slow.  CarbonCopyCloner is the fastest in my
experiences :-)

By the way, Unix file system doesn't require defrag, but OSX is still
HFS+, and most of apps still use resource folk.  However, you can get
away with it as long as you have healthy Catalog B-Tree.  DiskWarrior is
the one for the job.
