In my experience most men who believe they know something about computers
(yours truly included) wouldn't even look at a manual for the first
installing and testing of a new software. And when it comes to such an
"easy" an app as an email client, I'd say most decisions are taken
without a manual as well. You poke around a bit, perhaps looking for that
very feature that made you go look for something else. If you find it,
you go "Hey - this is The App !!!"

One hour later you have bought it, and plan to spend a few nice hours
setting up an app that will truly make a difference. From now on you plan
to spend your evenings on a nice pub or with your wife and kids instead
of fighting with much-less-than-optimal applications until it's so late
you might as well sleep over at the office.

After a while you are to configure the app for its every day duties and
you can't figure out how to set up those 40 filters sorting by body text
which you used in your other app. It's *now* you are in for your big
surprise - NO MANUAL... !!!!???

But hey -- you're a real man, right? And who needs a f-ing manual anyway?
And without really understanding what happened you suddenly find yourself
in the office at night again. Sleeping... ;-)
