George; Would it not make more sense to create a new folder for storing these emails for 90 days rather than having them sitting in the trash? Is they are in the Mail trash then they can get accidentally deleted with a mis- tapped key combo. And you can just run a date-related filter through your "90-day storage" folder every so often to weed out the old stuff, moving it to the trash. Not that I want to dictate your working methods, but using the Trash for filing purposes doesn't sound very safe.
