Hello, Susquehanna does use "conditional releases". The item must be approved by HP second line supervison and an Action Request (AR) is written for the item. The electronic item is "owned" by the person requesting the release, but the AR stays under HP control.

First, do you have a similar provision? 2. Do you require completion of a log entry? 3. If so, is the log or logbook retained as a formal record and eventually sent to records management? 4.
