The Duke Fleet has a similar process. It is used mainly for radiation monitor calibration sources. All other radioactive material is escorted by RP.

First, do you have a similar provision? 2. Do you require completion of a log entry? 3. If so, is the log or logbook retained as a formal record and eventually sent to records management? 4.
