Dear Simon and David, Thanks for your your thoughts. so the main thing to come out of that is a system ypgrade. Can you download 9.2? Is it easy to achieve? Secondly how would I know if I've partioned my hard disk? as I assume that I haven't is it worth doing and how? Is there anything Apple support site to tell me?
