Dear Francis You don't mention if you are using a correctly calibrated and profiled monitor, or how you are using colour profile information from the point of capture to viewing on the monitor. There are too many variables at the moment - could you be more specific?...

Dear Nick,

Yes my monitor is calibrated and profiled (if a little old). As to your second question
"or how you are using colour profile information from the point of
capture to viewing on the monitor." Not quite sure what you mean. I am moving the files into Nikon Capture Editor( since I dont have firewire) then saving them as tifs and re-opening them in PS.

thanking you for replying

Francis
