I tried copying the files from the 32Mb Canon card, but no joy. However, I now have another problem to add to the pile. In my attempts to get the damn card working, I tried it in my IBM PC Card Adaptor on one of my PowerBooks (G4). Guess what, Nothing!! The adaptor works fine. It reads the 32Mb card no problem at all. Tried two different PowerBooks, two different adaptors, no luck. Card works fine on a Lexar Firewire card reader, downloading to my desktop G4. What on earth is going on - arrrrrrrrrrrggghhhhhhh!!! :-( So, has anyone got a RiData 512Mb card? Have they used it with a mac, with a PC card adaptor on a powerbook? Is my card faulty, or am I just being very unlucky and finding a batch of incompatibilities.
