[PRODIG] Extended download problems!

Big problem trying to download a 78Mb upgrade file for BestColor rip. 
64K connection giving in the region of five hours download time!  ISP 
cuts us off every couple of hours at which point Explorer 5.5 on the PC 
flags up a message saying the connection is lost.  Fine, reconnect and 
try to re-establish connection then OK the previous box.   This seems to 
work the first one or two times but fails the next time.   What is the 
correct routine for this scenario please?

BTW Mike Wilkinson very kindly offered to help out via his BB connection 
but BestColor will not accept the our log in details and password that 
work here!

I would appreciate a quick reply if possible, as the next time of cut 
off is fast approaching and it would be nice to succeed one way or 
another having failed on this about four times now <BG>
