I suggest you trot to your nearest Jessup's or Boots and have them print a couple of
frames.
Give them to the client along with the files and tell them where you got them printed.
That should sort out the labs ego
Better still, give the client a price for getting them done yourself, and make a good profit to boot - or should it be Boots?
