I used to use their East London branch near me, which has now closed, and they were hopeless. I only ever bothered with them for really low budget jobs, and 50% of them they screwed up. I am not exaggerating. But they would usually get it right the second time.
This was for simple things like good old fashioned machine prints from negs and the like, goodness knows how they would have coped with something as complex as a digital file. I think Richard's story is a warning to us all.
