Rod (sorry for getting your name wrong before)

I have now discovered that the source of the problem is that the printer is
just not printing with any yelow ink at all.  I have run the head cleaning
process 6 times but still no yellow ink at all on the  printout.

Anyone got any ideas for anything else I should do before contacting Epson?
(The manual doesn't help).
