BOB, I suggest you make a new CD with the original images on then make prints 7x5 and 8x10 from a file and send or take it along to the client. Perhaps you could make a greyscale version suitable for B+W laser output in order to keep them happy. I'm unaware of the proximity of your client but I would make the effort to call in and see the problem first hand. Good customer support is always appreciated,as we are all aware when WE are buying equipment etc. If you are able to rectify your customers inadequacies (If that's what they are) you will probably earn a few brownie points
