I had the same problem with a pharmaceutical company. A set of prints from a
1290 and a nice letter followed up by a visit with my Ti Powerbook and some
nifty head swapping in PS (closed eyes, grimaces etc replaced by more normal
expresions) did the trick. Almost sold them on a Powerbook in the end.

The client is always right, always!*!
