The images as viewed on LCD panels versus CRTs is what's interesting.  I use
a Mitsu CRT exclusively so I cannot comment, but I will be looking at
LCD-FPs for future imaging workstations.  Am I wrong in assuming this
apparent grain is visible only when viewing at mag less than 100%?  Is there
any possibility, when viewing at less than 100%, that pixel values are
somehow "merged" differently ... leastwise, effectively with regard to LCD??
