You can buy .com domain for �20 for 2 years, or a .co.uk one for �6 for 2
years from http://www.123-reg.co.uk/ .
You own the domain, and you redirect the Emails to your current address.
There is a setting in Outlook Express Accounts which lets you set the return
address your clients will see.
If you have a website, you re-direct the  .com address to your current
webspace.
This way your your clients always use the same address, no matter how many
times you change your ISP.
