David, I'm not sure you can do this on Jaguar, but I believe (as in have not tested) it can be done on Panther by using the ColorSync utility to build a filter which will apply the profile. Or you could print PDF's, open in Photoshop, convert to the appropriate profile and print from PS. Or buy a colourserver (�1000+) to handle the conversion...
