Just about all the major makes of back produce stunning images and you're
unlikely to have any problems with quality.
It's a lot down to personal preference, what your actually need from a
system and confidence in the dealer back up.

Ask some searching questions at the demos such as what the warranty actually
delivers and how much it costs to extend it. Do they always carry spare
backs to swap out with yours if a problem happens. How quickly can they get
you up and running.
If you spend all day on a still life shot a multi shot back will appeal, but
if you've a busy catalogue to get out a single shot will work better.
The software and workflow is a huge factor in any decision.

Do you actually need 22 m pixels for your clients. The files take longer to
process and there are storage issues.

What I would say is that your old 5x4 camera is probably destined to be a
door stop.
You really do need digital lenses with electronic shutters and a miniature
view cameras with micrometer-like movements to get the best out of the
current crop of backs.

One last caveat. Prepare for the occasional bit of disinformation from
dealers. It's a nervous process spending this amount of money and I've come
across the odd unsettling remark about a competitors product. They're not
necessarily impartial.
