Ask some searching questions at the demos such as what the warranty actually
delivers and how much it costs to extend it. Do they always carry spare
backs to swap out with yours if a problem happens. How quickly can they get
you up and running.

Dear Paul

Quite agree but I would write a confirming letter listing the points and having your order dependent on these points. You may be very glad you did!

If you spend all day on a still life shot a multi shot back will appeal, but
if you've a busy catalogue to get out a single shot will work better.
The software and workflow is a huge factor in any decision.

I wonder if you have forgotten the well regarded Better Light scan backs Use almost the whole 4"x5" screen area, large range of selectable file sizes from tiny up to huge. Very well built, excellent factory support and efficient software.

Cheers

Richard
