Yes it does! I had a 10D that had a front focus problem. Canon's
service dept tried their 'software fix' (they knew about the problem)
but it did not improve it much. Calumet bless them, after trying
unsuccessfully to get a replacement from Canon, took the camera back
for a full refund without question.

I had focus problems off and on with my first Fuji S2. I have read on
other lists of these problems with Nikon based digital. My first S2 seemed
to be focusing in front of the subject rather than behind.
