I get exactly the same on my 10D.
If I put a battery in to charge and it shows up as full I remove it and replace straight away and it charges. !!!!!!
Don't ask me why but it works.

was flashing for some time before the camera shut down. AF was fine right to

However I do have a concern with the battery or possibly charger or possibly
both. The day before both batteries had been charged. When put on charge the
battery in question immediately showed full with blinking light on charger.
However it failed after around 90 minutes shooting. This is not the first
time this has happened. Has anyone else experienced this?
