If you are still going for Fotonic, I would really recommend NOT putting

But I do recommend the Photonic in a 2100!!!!!!
The 2100 is built to run Ultrachrome, pure and simple. The premium price of
this machine is to gain access to this inkset. Therefore, in my opinion, it
is a bit of a waste to spend the money on the machine and throw away the bit
that makes it cost so much in the first place.
I didn't like the Ultrachrome look and feel.
Yes it could have been improved with a Custom Profile but you shouldn't really need one immediately with the manufacturers' own inkset to produce acceptable results.
I bought mine from Marrutt - John Read there is extraordinarily helpful,
He always has been and, I expect, always will be. A great salesman.
You sound a touch cynical here.
He is also extra good a helping and supporting, going way beyond the norm. Yes, this sort of thing will gain him happy and satisfied customers who keep returning, but in this day and age that is all too rare. I'm sure PRODig readers are keen to know the people to aim for when buying products and who to steer clear of.
