But cameras have been advertised with different viewfinder
magnifications. I've often seen adverts that say 'Viewfinder
magnification .97X' and similar (nothing to do with viewfinder coverage,
btw) So, you get things like high-eyepoint viewfinders which will give
varying magnifications depending on design. The diopter adjustment will
also alter the size of the viewfinder image, albeit minutely.
