Overkill for running a small restaurant. You have to ask owner WHO is going to do the computer work. This guy needs to get out of the loop, because he has toy on the brain, and he doesn't trust his staff. He wants cameras over the register? I think he is getting screwed more ways then he can imagine. Does he audit his tickets between the register and the spindle in the kitchen? You should really look into the MICROS system for food management. This will get all orders through the computer receipt system.
