To me this is much ado about nothing. 95% of the EULA is unenforceable. Microsoft has a right to protect its interests from loss of revenue and good will and that is about it. If you can prove that running Vista as a VM is detrimental to Microsoft's interests, then you've got a claim. Otherwise, get lost. I am busy.
