So far, so good for us. I probably would not be able to drive to Imperial Beach with all the road closures. Also, our sailing club is making the boats available to members gratis if we should need to be evacuated... So we're good. A new fire started up that was just one town over, but after burning 325 acres the fire department already has it 70 percent contained. I think the conditions are improving -- at least near us. Unfortunately the place I was contracting for up until last Friday is in Scripps Ranch, and the whole area has been evacuated. I feel very strange to learn that my client is in such danger just a couple of days after I stopped working for them. I'm back on the street looking for new clients again...
