I thought that we did invest it locally? We made our own munitions that were shipped over there with young men and women in uniforms made in the USA maybe, who needed temporary shelters made in the USA. We sent all that over via petrol out of the middle east and let all those assets get consumed. We returned bodies in bags and boxes made in the USA, maybe, or put them on planes to come back home. They will need counciling as well as medical treatment all by USA residents, except the Indian Doctors. I see that we did invest in ourselves.
