Rushmore has been in JET since version 2.0.  However it is not a full
implementation of what's in Fox due to differences in the way records are
handled.

Yes, it is (some sources say 2.0, some 3.0, Microsoft states 3.5). But then,
JET is a client side technology suited for Rushmore:
