Paul, > How about calling it "yelp"? http://yelp.com
Looks like it either succumbed to feature creep or wasn't trying to nail the (simple and singular) concept in the first place. It also seems limited in scope*, and the name conjures a vision of a cry - versus evoking a neutral feeling of results that can positive or negative. * no problem with local screens, but to reach critical mass (as, say, eBay did), it would have to be broader in scope (and singular in purpose) Bill Paul _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
