My brother was ejected from his own home by a girlfriend that filed a restraining order against him. He has supervised visitation with his son because of tales the girlfriend told, and yet she's the one with a record for domestic violence and drug abuse - not him. My home is being held up in a legal battle with the contractor and the lender. I'm with you in that I hate legal crap. And we all know what Shakespeare said a great solution would be...
