Hi - - -- ---- - - Anybody who has been following my server problems --- I decided that I didn't want to maintain my own server for a while, so I bailed and moved my sites over to LunarPages.
I did so in great haste, recalling your recommendations and trying to get back in business AFAP. Now, I am wondering if I made an error. I had a couple of problems setting things up correctly. Calling for support, I opted instead for a support ticket email (with a promised 30-minute turnaround). 11+ hours later they responded. It took them 2 + more days to respond to the next issue in the same ticket. Those of you who have good success with LP -- has your experience changed?
