I'm a user of LunarPages.com and their support has been okay ... I guess. HostMySite.com has great support however. My only complaint is that their spam filtering isn't the greatest. If you have a blackberry as my clients do, it is really annoying to them.
HMS is a bit more expensive however. $9/month if you pay for a whole year. I also subscribe to their PostINI service for an extra $1/user/month for the extra spam filtering.
