I think I'm paying more than that. I'd have to look, but I think I'm on
the next level program.

As far as expectations, I don't know that I have _expectations_ that
they support all the Fantastico stuff. I was just mentioning that it's
garbage and you should stay away from it. :)

OTOH, I _do_ expect that they understand the basics of how to set up
email credentials for multiple hosts, which they have never been able to
do. I set up a new domain and just try things until they work. :)

The forums are.... well, just not my style. I've spent some time there,
and there seem to be a lot of, er, non-technical folks. I guess you and
I would call them power users, with all of the karma and goodness that
goes along with such a term. :)

Searching was awkward; the bigger problem is trying to figure out the
terms to search on. Same ol' story....

I wasn't complaining, just mentioning.

I've been trying to use FM as well, and I am not smart enough to figure
out all the nuances and tricks and syntax to make things work. Maybe
I'll try again some day, but it's WAY too hard for this guy. The forums
are quite good, but, jeesh, the doc is, well, again, I don't understand it.

This is more an issue with shared hosting in general. Like I said, I'm
spoiled by running my own mail server. :)

Well, that would be me. :)

I'm also thinking of moving to a VPS so I have more control over the
box. But that starts to get pricey.
