I find Spotlight very useful on Tiger. What sucked then/doesn't suck now? >> I've been debating upgrading to >> it. I do need to get 2 batteries replaced. These just show an 'x' and don't charge, even in Denise's MacBook that charges batteries normally. But my third battery charges just fine in Denise's MacBook as well as in my external charger, but no batteries, not even Denise's, will charge in my MacBook. When any magsafe adapter is plugged into my computer, the led on the magsafe lights only faintly. I've tried cleaning the contacts.
