Asking about Iraq, or any hot political question, is a bad idea, unless something on his resume indicates that the applicant has experience in that area. You don't want to get into a situation where the interviewee is telling you what he thinks you want to hear, and you certainly don't want to pass up a qualified candidate because you happen to disagree politically. -Jerry Wolper [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
