Bush war spending over 6 years and new prescription drug entitlement:

$800 bil. ($1.4 trillion with interest)
$400 bil. ($700 billion with interest)
----
$2.1 trillion

Obama in his first month:

$790 bil. ($1.3 trillion with interest)
$410 bil. ($700+ trillion with interest)
$2.5 tril. (Geithner's bank bailout plan--no idea what the interest on that
will be)
$1.75 tril. (proposed budget deficit for next year ONLY, which he TOTALLY
owns)
-----
$2 trillion with interest on the first two items plus another $3.25
trillion, the interest for which I'm not sure how much it will be, on the
last two---already over $5 tril.

The TARP funds of $750 bil. they both mutually own, so I factored it out.

And he's only just getting started.

You need to take some remedial arithmetic, scratch your eyes and do some
math. Obama's spending plans are appalling for no clear payoff, other than
political benefits to his party for doping the system with lethal doses of
monopoly money and then spending them on things that will NOT inject capital
into the economy but rather pay off politicians.

The Chinese won't be financing this farce much longer, and when they bail on
the Treasuries, the farce of his "stimulus" package will be manifest. It was
after Obama's stimulus package passed that the Chinese really started
grumbling because they see all he's doing is hitting the gas as the bus
heads straight for the cliff.
