This time I put the foil on the bottom, press molded carefully to a snug 
fit, oiled it slightly, salted the half of a pork steak and sprinkled 
the top with Publix Store Brand Italian seasoning. Covered it with the 
bare lid.

Then I turned it on "3" and set the timer for 20 minutes. When the timer 
went off I checked it with the meat thermometer diagonally to get the 
reading area of the thermometer into the meat. 190 F, done!

More tender than the Foreman grille has been doing them.

And - The pan is clean! Joy!
