Are the doctors and nurses getting paid well enough for the brightest and best to be recruited? How does the taxpayer on the street feel about being taxed to support health care insurance for an alcoholic obese chainsmoking skydiver who cruises the whorehouses and/or gay bars when he isn't binge-drinking/eating or jumping out of planes? That and the drug companies getting special backroom deals if they do that down there? Issues such as these are sticking points here.
