Before you get too deeply into how to create a Gerber file, better find a
vendor that can fabricate a board that size. Most vendors I have worked with
can not even come close to 100" When you do find such a vendor, ask them how
to do it. I am sure if they have done boards that size, they have run into the
problem before and could suggest a solution.
