Mark,
Most fabricators work to a max of 24" by 32" for printed flex cable. You
can pull some tricks within that frame to increase the maximum length
through folding. If you're using a roll formed type collated flex to get
your length then I would suggest building separate pwbs within protel
(with a common part to definr the interface) and then marry the gerbers
in a viewer.
