But, many of the messages that look like they come from some particular user, actually came from another user who had the first user in his address book. There were some submissions to this list, and some to members of this (and other) list(s) that appeared to come from me. Fortunately, some of them came to me as originals, too, and I was able to inspect the headers and see that they were really coming from someplace outside the US, and were just spoofing MY address.
