There is an addon server available (from either RSI or the Protel website) which can be used to edit sizes of holes to different values. This may be useful for what you are trying to do.

I know that I can use the "Hole Size Editor" to check this by hand, but I would like to be able to use the DRC to check that. Isn't the DRC job to check for manufacturing errors??
