Bob, The last I heard just before Cadence purchased OrCAD, that OrCAD had sold 280,000 seats of OrCAD capture.
Now Cadence has supposedly sent all OrCAD development off to India, but I have not seen any new features since the Cadence acquisition. The couple of new features that Cadence introduced in OrCAD V10 were already created when the acquisition took place, they just held back on the implementation so it would look like Cadence is developing the software. Something happened when it went to Windows then Cadence bought them and well.. * * * * * * * * * I concur. Orcad SDT had the most intuitive user interface I have ever used. I was woefully disappointed in their first Windows offering, and haven't been back since. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * To post a message: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * To leave this list visit: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/leave.html * * Contact the list manager: * mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * Forum Guidelines Rules: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/forumrules.html * * Browse or Search previous postings: * http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
