There is at least one missing header:
zero_copy_stream_impl_lite.h includes <google/protobuf/stubs/stl_util.h>
but stl_util.h isn't installed.
In src/Makefile.am stl_util.h is listed in libprotobuf_lite_la_SOURCES
rather than nobase_include_HEADERS.
