Eles têm umas idéias perigosas como a de reduzir o tempo do Copyright para 3 ou 5 anos (não lembro muito bem).
Com isso, em 5 anos Software Livre ou proprietário viraria domínio público, o que significa que trabalhos derivados poderiam ser relicenciados como proprietários. Seria o fim do Copyleft. Para o software proprietário, nada muda, já que depois dos 5 anos só teríamos em domínio público o binário, que não adianta muito.
