Hi Alex,

I have struggeldwith this question myself.
And a
I think I have the answer.
I will go for the QCon Pro. its made by Icon.
And able to do Protools, QBase, Sonar, Logic and more.
the QCon Pro is a unit with nine motorised faders and all the knobs you could
venture.
Inc jogwheel, and transpoorts, as play, stop, rewind, fast forward, loop and
record.
there are knobs for automatisation, midi learning and many more features. I
spoke to my dealer, who sells all kind of controles, not only this nice priced
ones, but avid and macky to.
his saying is that this QCon Pro can do what all the others can.
So why bother spending more money?
you can also buy an audio interface wich fits in the pro unit, the Icon 1008.
10 inputs, 8 outputs, spdif, midi and more.
I will soon get the feel of this QCon pro and if any of you, would like my
experiences with this controlservice, i could post a podcast link on this list.
Any pro's and con's I will mention freely, also because I did not buy anything
yet...
here in Europ, the pro is going for 600 euro's and that also the price for
there Ex expanders.
With 3 of them, you can have your hands on 32 motorised faders and a lot of
really control!
