I propose we make a list of deprecated features (e.g. BlastDB), and  
add deprecation warnings in 0.8.  Then we just need to decide whether  
these things vanish in 0.9 or 1.0.  I think that will depend on  
feedback from 0.8 users so we can wait and see...
