Dear Francesc,

I also used PyTables for one of my projects and I am sad to see you leave
the project. On the other hand, it is obviously great news that you have a
new job and I wish you best of luck with that. The decision about the fate
of PyTables and PyTables Pro is of course up to you, but I would be very
glad if you could keep the users involved in it as much as possible. If you
decide to do so, may be a group could be formed that would consist of
interested parties, from which a new set of developers could take on the
responsibility of maintaining the code as much as their time permits.

All in all, thanks for making PyTables available, which helped me with my
Ph.D.
