Ser4 & 6 are on the underside of the SHermes PCB, marked P9 & P3 (both 4 pins). Ser 5 (P4/RTTY, 4pins) is on the top next to ser3 (P1, 9 pins). Ser 4,5,6 are meant for the mouse. Try the mouse direct, not via the KVM. Also check the ipcextuk_bin configuration settings with (Menu)Config_exe.
